Okay, why a blog called Bear Grylls Equipment? It is simple, I built this site so when people search for information about equipment that Bear Gryyls uses on his show, Man vs. Wild they find my site!

You see, I love Bear and his show. I am an outdoors man myself, so I just love to watch as he places himself in these wild locations and predicaments. I do enjoy this, and I do try to take note of a lot of the things he recommends when faced with potential life or death situations. Not so sure how I would handle eating grubs and drinking the water out of a pile of elephant dung, or drinking my own urine though… lol. That’s why we love him, right?

I understand, it is just a TV show, but the information that Bear shares in this show could help you survive if you are ever in an unexpected situation in an unfriendly, hostile environment.

So I created this website, Bear Grylls Equipment, to help people locate items that Bear uses for his expeditions.
